easy to find or make up when life becomes stressful.  

We are here to keep you accountable and that also
pertains to the way you feel about yourself.  If you feel
good then it is most likely that you will carry a positive

When asked to arrive 15 minutes early or to perform
precise exercises or nutrional behaviors, we expect you
to do your very best, without complaining.
