Furthermore, for you to change your behaviors you must be willing to
practice (generally it takes 28 days to change 1 behavior pattern.  We
will hold you to it, but you have to plan for the long term change.

determine if you are ready for a nutrition and exercise program.  This is a
mandatory requirement for members entering into STEP 2 of our program.  We
